Research Associate & Research Assistant

Position - Research Associate & Research Assistant at Samskruti Foundation
Location - Narayanaguda, Hyderabad

Work Type - On-site | Full-Time/Part-Time (6 days per week)

Role Overview

Samskruti Adhyayana Kendra invites applications for full-time researcher positions from bright and highly motivated individuals with a sound aptitude for quality research to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing Bharatiya culture-guided research works leading to public policy.

Who Can Apply

  • Ph.D./Master's degree in one of the following disciplines: Public policy, History, Economics, Law, Environment, Science, or relevant subjects. Understanding of Sociocultural systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • ​Conduct in-depth research on assigned topics using primary and secondary sources

  • Collect, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data

  • Assist in preparing research reports, papers, and presentations

  • Review literature and summarize key findings for ongoing projects

  • Maintain accurate research records, documentation, and databases

  • Support project planning, execution, and timely delivery of research tasks

  • Collaborate with senior researchers, scholars, and team members

  • Assist in drafting articles, publications, and academic content

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with research standards

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, institutions, or contributors when required

  • Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and research-related events

  • Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and publications in the field

Required Skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and documentation

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is an advantage)

  • Ability to prepare reports, research papers, and presentations

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Basic understanding of research methodologies and academic writing standards
