Abhyasa Vargha 2024: A Journey of Reflection, Renewal, and Resolve

The Abhyasa Vargha program organized by Samskruti Foundation on June 29th and 30th, 2024, at Rashtriya Vidya Kendram (RVK), Annojiguda, was a transformative and inspiring experience for over 80 dedicated volunteers. Designed to nurture commitment, collaboration, and cultural grounding, the two-day retreat embodied the true essence of “Abhyasa”, consistent practice towards personal and collective excellence.

A Platform for Reflection and Growth

Abhyasa Vargha 2024 was not just an event, it was a process of introspection and empowerment. Participants revisited the foundation’s milestones from the past year, analyzing achievements, identifying challenges, and reflecting on the larger mission of nurturing Bharatiya culture and values. Through structured presentations and discussions, volunteers collectively assessed how Samskruti Foundation’s initiatives, from Vivek Band to Rakhi for Soldiers — have touched thousands of students and institutions across India.


Highlights of the Program

  • Strategic Brainstorming:Volunteers engaged in intensive idea-sharing sessions aimed at strengthening organizational strategies, improving outreach, and aligning upcoming activities with the Foundation’s long-term vision of becoming a National Resource Centre for Culture.

  • Goal Setting for the Year Ahead:Structured planning workshops enabled teams to set clear goals, allocate responsibilities, and design actionable roadmaps for upcoming programs under various verticals like Cultural Leadership Centres and Samskruti Adhyayana Kendra.

  • Skill and Capacity Building:Dedicated sessions focused on enhancing leadership, communication, and project-management skills among volunteers. These workshops emphasized the importance of teamwork, innovation, and commitment in cultural leadership.

  • Cultural and Spiritual Enrichment:In line with the Foundation’s ethos, the event included traditional spiritual practices and reflections on India’s timeless wisdom, reminding participants of the deeper purpose behind their service.

  • Community Bonding and Networking:Beyond the formal sessions, the retreat created a vibrant space for networking and personal connection. Volunteers shared experiences, exchanged ideas, and strengthened inter-zonal collaboration, building a stronger sense of unity and shared purpose.
