Governor’s Award for its sustained cultural and educational outreach across the country. The award was presented by the Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, acknowledging the Foundation’s decade-long commitment to nurturing cultural consciousness among youth and communities.
Founded in 2009, Samskruti Foundation has worked tirelessly to revive and sustain the essence of Bharatiya Samskrutithrough a variety of programmes that blend tradition with contemporary relevance. Its vision—to become a National Resource Centre for Culture—has been steadily realized through its flagship initiatives and partnerships with higher educational institutions.
Speaking on the occasion, Foundation representatives expressed gratitude to the Hon’ble Governor and reaffirmed their mission to “preserve, protect, and promote Indian ethos through research, education, and dialogue.”
A Legacy of Cultural Leadership
The award highlights the Foundation’s major initiatives under its Cultural Leadership Centres (CLCs), which operate in collaboration with colleges and universities nationwide. These include:

A Journey of Impact
Over the years, Samskruti Foundation has touched the lives of more than one lakh students and partnered with over 50 higher education institutions across India. Its cultural outreach extends from urban campuses to military cantonments and rural communities, creating a nationwide network of cultural ambassadors.
The Foundation’s programs have not only instilled pride in Indian heritage but also encouraged ethical leadership, volunteerism, and social responsibility among youth. Events such as Viveka Subhashitam at Ramakrishna Math, National Science Day collaborations, and Yoga for Youth workshops have become fixtures in the academic calendar of many institutions.
Continuing the Mission
Receiving the Governor’s Award marks a proud milestone for Samskruti Foundation and its team of volunteers, cultural leaders, and educators. The recognition stands as a testament to their efforts to integrate cultural learning into modern education and inspire future generations to take pride in India’s rich civilizational wisdom.
As the Foundation expands its network of Cultural Leadership Centres nationwide, it continues to uphold the spirit of “Our Culture, Our Identity”—a reminder that true progress lies in preserving the values that define us as a nation.
